Financial Controller

Our client, well-known within the hospitality industry are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller in their Crawley, West Sussex office.

Reporting to the Group FC, this position will add crucial value in the day to day running of financial activity, overseeing one entity and a team of 2.

Job role: Financial Controller

Salary: £40K - £50K pa + benefits

Location: Crawley, West Sussex - Office based

Hours: 9 - 5.30

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and monthly P&L
• Review financial statements and analyse variances
• Implement policies and guidelines
• Manage the month end process, to include consolidated management reporting, variance analysis, cashflow and KPIs
• Audit operations

Skills & Experience:

• Team management within a finance capacity
• Hospitality exposure is highly desirable
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience
