Assistant Finance Manager, responsible for Business Partnering with the Corporate Technology team

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Contingent Contractors - Responsible for reporting, forecasting, budgeting and providing value-add insight into the contingent cost base ensuring they are reporting accurately and providing insightful analysis to business leaders to enable decision making.
  • Financial Management and Reporting - Conduct value-add reporting on the contingent cost base and associated one-time costs including any transfers and accruals required.
  • Specific responsibility for Capital planning & reporting processes - Plan, forecast, and report on capex, including investment in Growth business cases, Strategic investment projects and KTLO/Run.
  • Drive process improvement - Enhance tracking, recognition and communication of I&C and CT Budget, Actuals, Forecast and other Management reporting.
  • Support key Vendor Renewals - Work closely with Procurement and Technology Directors on key renewals ranging up to £10m p/a, offer commercial advice to drive value.
