The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree /MSc degree in Corporate Finance- CPA is a plus Fluent in English
10+ years in finance controlling - experience in the sports' industry is a strong plus. People management experience
Experience creating data models and financial models
Advanced proficiency in Office tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - experience in consulting is a plus Soft skills
Excellent business acumen
An excellent communicator with strong written and presenting skills Comfortable presenting to / communicating with C-level management
A quick learner with a can-do attitude Self-motivated, resilient, persuasive

Job Description
Support management in the financial modelling of new projects & innovations. Support the CFO in elaborating the budget & Long-Term Business Plans, in analyzing financial & business performances, in identifying risk and opportunities and in complying with financial processesBusiness co-piloting & planning:
- Support the CFO in elaborating the business long-term business strategy.
Constructively challenge roadmap & plans by robust fact-based analysis
- Support department heads and their team in taking take the right business decision
and in effectively allocating financial resources by providing relevant & accurate financial information and business insights
- Track monthly financial performances vs budget, identify gaps & opportunities & close the gap initiatives
- Support the CFO & management in the monthly financial closing & forecasting
processes in collaboration with the accounting department
- Ensure pre & post evaluation of major investments to secure adequate level of
return on financial investments & to drive continuous improvement. Prepare effective communication on the results
- Support the department head in the financial modelling of any innovation / project
- Identify investment opportunities in line with the strategic ambitions of the company
Business Intelligence:- Analyze markets trends and report on non financial performance indicators Conduct market studies together with B2B commercial departments
Follow-up on Event financial and non-financial impact
Together with the department heads, elaborate & standardize departmental dashboarding in line with short & long-term business objectives
- Identify data needs & promote the usage of data across the organization
- Promote understanding of the business drivers through the use of KPIs, market
insights & benchmarking studies
- Analyze, synthetize, consolidate data to propose clear actionable initiatives, to untap whitespaces, grasp opportunities or create value
Operational performance & complianceSupport in M&A processes:
- Support the leadership team in: identifying targets, gathering & compiling insights on
targets, constructing & prioritizing the M&A pipeline & planning, building business cases, conducting due diligences & following-up on performances
