Our client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Their large but focused footprint gives them an established position in Europe plus a significant presence in the Americas and Asia Pacific. Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.
On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Finance PMO to work in their 6 months with possibility of extension of 14 months based in Birmingham on a PAYE basis.

AMS's payroll service is in partnership with Giant, we have worked with them for many years and have good processes in place to ensure you get the best service. If you are successful in your application for this role, your contract will be via Giant.
On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Finance PMO to work in their 6 months with possibility of extension of 14 months based in Birmingham on a PAYE basis.
Key responsibilities:
In particular, relating to
- financials management & forecasting
- Clarity maintenance and Change Governance Compliance
- tracking and managing external spend and approvals.
Work also includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with the Change Management Policy and Change Governance Framework requirements including successful completion of tollgates
- Preparation of management meeting materials and presentation of financials and KPIs for ratification.
- Maintenance of Governance requirements in Clarity including Risk and Issues management, milestone and dependencies management.
- Detailed monthly financials analysis and challenging any variances and preparation for reporting/liaising with key stakeholders to agree any changes.
- Preparation and management of book of work.
- Adhoc and regular MI reporting to senior management.
- Support the Agile ways of working including preparation for and successful completion of Quarterly Business Reviews, JIRA maintenance and quality assurance.
- Maintain oversight of the change control process, highlighting and challenging any variances with application leads and tribe members that may result in a change request.
- Escalations to PMO Manager and Programme Director.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using change governance tools such as Clarity, Datacore, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint or similar.
- Experience of Finance projects.
- Experience in both Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile ways of working beneficial.
