Manager / Senior Manager Real Estate - Luxembourg

Meraki Talent is collaborating with a top global consultancy to recruit an accomplished Manager or Senior Manager for their Real Estate team. You'll lead a range of projects, from valuations to feasibility studies, using your expertise to drive impactful results for clients.

This pivotal role within the advisory department involves overseeing a wide range of valuation projects across various real estate asset classes in Europe. Additionally, you will work closely with the Audit team to ascertain the fair value of international real estate assets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property valuation and investment, showcasing your deep understanding of the field.
• Advanced real estate valuation skills coupled with exceptional report writing abilities, enabling you to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• A thorough understanding of the Real Estate Life Cycle and proficiency in financial analysis and discounted cash flow modeling (including all valuation approaches).
• Fluency in English (German or French is considered an advantage)
