Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role with an international investment and fund management firm specializing in private equity real estate?

We are seeking a Finance Director to join the business and support the growth of a multi-billion-pound portfolio.

Role Overview:
As Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in real estate fund management to step into a senior leadership position within an ambitious, forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, & forecasting for the firm's real estate funds & investment vehicles.
  • Manage the financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic insights to the executive team, supporting investment decisions and capital allocation.
  • Oversee tax planning and structuring to optimise returns for both institutional and private investors.
  • Collaborate with the investor relations team to produce detailed financial analyses and reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, procedures & processes to support the firm's growth strategy.


Key skills required will include:
  • Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong background in private equity real estate, with experience managing funds and working across complex investment structures.
  • Proven ability to manage financial operations for multi-jurisdictional entities.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for large portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Familiarity with ESG-related financial strategies is a plus.
