Position Summary:

• Provide Architectural solution, Design, develop, test and support production B2Bi application.
• Need a strong technical person who can understand customer pain points and provide solutions to run the business uninterruptedly.

Mandatory Skills:

Key skill set required for the associate:

• Should have extensive experience and expertise in IBM B2Bi.

• Brings in a consulting led approach for the IBM SI technology

• Providing solutions on EDI/B2B issues

• Should be able to work in Partner Onboarding, Migration, Production Support and Platform modernization activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive architectural guidance and oversight to ensure that technical solutions align with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.
• Manage the design and development process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and other relevant parties, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization, encouraging creative thinking and exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables by implementing rigorous testing processes, conducting code reviews, and establishing quality assurance measures throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide thought leadership in the form of technical insights, best practices, and industry trends, sharing knowledge and expertise to inspire and empower team members.
• Act as a technical authority within the organization, offering expert guidance and recommendations on complex technical challenges and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams, including development, operations, and business units, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and providing timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Salary Range: >$100,000
