Finance Specialist (Remote / Hybrid Work, Paid Overtime)

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for a client in the gaming industry. You will handle various finance tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and statutory audits.

Our client offer hybrid work, with three full days of remote work per week and flexible work hours! They also offer a good work-life balance, with Fully Paid Overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Process journal entries for sales, payroll, social insurance, and accruals.
• - Manage WIP and withholding tax balances.
• - Prepare monthly closing reports and flash reports.
• - Create Opex budgets for different departments.
• - Handle accounting for a subsidiary company.
• - Work with tax consultants on tax issues.
• - Participate in special financial projects in collab with global HQ.

Essential Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of experience in financial accounting.
• - Proficiency in financial closing procedures and tax regulations.
• - Advanced skills in accounting systems and MS Excel (NetSuite and Tagetik are a plus).
• - Knowledge of IFRS (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
