Job Description
- Consult and partner closely with business units, employees, managers and the cross-functional HR teams, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Lead collaboration with HR functions and business leaders to influence the design and implementation of HR programs and initiative.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
- Drive HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results for the Japan Region.
- Provide day-to-day performance management and policy guidance to line management, including, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build trusted relationships to influence and coach the business through pragmatic, solution- based advice;
- Uphold your role as a key HR team player - to collaborate, contribute and support your global colleagues.
