Key responsibilities
- Thoroughly analyse treaty reinsurance submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and Group requirements. Provide essential support to the supervisor during renewal processes.
- Prepare reinsurance related reports for various stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Claims, Legal, Underwriters and Finance team, to manage reinsurance matters effectively.
- Assist supervisor in system enhancements and any regulatory compliance projects.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of reinsurance agreements and transactions.
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Degree in any related field.
- Fresh graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High learning agility and work efficiency.
