Executive, Reinsurance & Specialty

Job Summary A highly analytical candidate adept at collaborative work within the company. Demonstrates agility in adapting to potential changes in the working environment and provides valuable support to the team in reinsurance related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyse treaty reinsurance submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and Group requirements. Provide essential support to the supervisor during renewal processes.
• Prepare reinsurance related reports for various stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Claims, Legal, Underwriters and Finance team, to manage reinsurance matters effectively.
• Assist supervisor in system enhancements and any regulatory compliance projects.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of reinsurance agreements and transactions.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Key requirements

• Degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High learning agility and work efficiency.
