Job Description

• Oversee the group's financial reporting, including consolidation under IFRS and Management Discussion & Analysis
• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, long-term business planning, and performance analysis
• Manage sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with evolving ESG standards
• Supervise and develop a team of six finance professionals, driving improvements and automation projects
• Act as the key contact for external auditors and support senior leadership with strategic financial insights

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience, with a background in a Big 4 Audit firm or multinational finance setting
• Strong expertise in IFRS, financial planning, analysis, and team leadership
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle Hyperion and SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive change
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality financial insights
