Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of account closures using accounting software.
- Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual financial audits.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports on a quarterly and annual basis to the MAS, IRAS, and CPFB.
- Process payroll monthly with accuracy and punctuality.
- Document and update accounting and treasury procedures regularly to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and proactively manage outstanding customer payments.
- Manage corporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis to support key business decisions.
- Monitor and optimize the company's capital structure and maintain liquidity to support business operations.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Admin, People, Fund Operations) as needed to support organizational goals.
Essential to Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- At least 5 years of experience in handling full set accounting.
- Experience In MAS forms submission.
- Working experience in financial services industry.
