Role profile: The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Data Management & Reporting from ERP Applications (Preferably Oracle Fusion but SAP experience also is welcome). This role requires close interaction with varied stakeholders to understand their business needs and also have an eye for detail to identify Non value additions and deliver improvements in MI processes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Modules: Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Processes: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Asset to Retire, Source to Contract, Customer to Cash, Project to Report Data Management & Reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain robust MI systems and processes. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and dashboards. Design and create comprehensive MI reports to support strategic and operational decision-making. Validate and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Business Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with reliable data and analysis. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to understand their information needs. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of MI with business objectives. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MI analysts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team. Manage workload distribution and ensure timely completion of tasks. System & Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in MI processes and systems. Stay updated with the latest MI tools and technologies and recommend enhancements. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 7-10 years of experience in a reporting/ MI function Oracle Finance testing Excellent Client Interfacing skills, great communication skills and team management. Expertise in maintaining data models, queries, and reports to support operational and analytical needs. Knowledge about industry best practices related to data management.
