Role profile: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP Applications (Preferably Oracle Fusion but SAP experience also is welcome) and extensive experience in testing these applications to ensure quality and reliability. This role requires close interaction with functional and technical teams to deliver robust testing solutions. ROLE SUMMARY: The Test Lead will own and drive the testing strategy by ensuring that the new system is thoroughly tested, and process design are documented, understood and managed with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. We are looking for a Purchase to Pay subject matter expert, with a proven track of delivering change across a global finance function within the Purchase to Pay modules. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Modules: Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Processes: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Asset to Retire, Source to Contract, Customer to Cash, Project to Report Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Oracle Fusion applications. Define testing scope, objectives, and criteria based on project requirements. Identify and document testing requirements in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders. Test Design & Execution: Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for Oracle Fusion modules. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure thorough coverage of all testing scenarios and adherence to quality standards. Defect Management: Log, track, and manage defects using appropriate defect tracking tools. Work with development teams to resolve defects and verify fixes. Conduct retesting and regression testing post-fix to ensure issues are resolved. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Oracle Fusion applications. Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Utilize automation tools to improve test efficiency and coverage. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, defect logs, and metrics for stakeholders. Document testing processes, outcomes, and best practices. Provide clear and concise documentation for both technical teams and end-users. Collaboration: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications. Participate in project meetings, providing insights on test schedules, progress, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing status and issues. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Total 4 -7 years of experience in Oracle Finance testing 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP&SCM Hands on testing experience for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Portal. Strong automation experience with hands-on automation script creation and execution using any of the automation tools - Selenium, TOSCA, Worksoft Strong test organizational and planning skills with experience of full Software Testing Lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent Client Interfacing skills, great communication skills and team management. Experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle R12 Requirement documents review to understand end to end testing scope. Coordinate with BA's and Development Team to ensure end to end testing scope is understood.
