Head of Finance - Insurance

As a market leader within the insurance industry, this premier institution continues to record impressive financial performance and invest in innovation. It is seeking to recruit a dynamic and highly capable Head of Finance in Singapore.

Responsibilities
This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with the board, investors and senior management. Leading a high performing team, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of finance including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, statutory reporting, performance management and tax. You will provide a valuable insight into the performance drivers, enforce the effectiveness of accounting and financial control policies and procedures, and develop and implement the strategy for the business performance across the products and customer segments. You will work closely with the senior management and line managers in setting annual budget and targets, monitoring costs and driving active cost management, and implement performance management models for various business objectives.

Requirements
You will possess at least 12 years of relevant experience including a proven track record in financial managerial position. Insurance industry experience will be preferred.
