The Licensing Analyst is primarily responsible for TPA, RPG, and MGA reporting including renewals and new applications for multiple entities within Arrowhead Programs. The ideal candidate will provide support and direction relative to the handling of various licensing and support needs of the department. The candidate will also guide the program entities on their specialized license needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Work with Finance to prepare and submit TPA, RPG, and MGA license reports and renewals by deadlines.
  • Responsible for maintaining insurance licenses for various entities as well as teammates.
  • Works with management to prioritize workload and ensure deadlines are met. Finds creative and practical solutions to problems as various issues arise.
  • Research projects assigned as needed.
  • Potential travel to licensing-related conferences
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with minimal error.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION
  • SILA-Associate level licensing training courses are recommended
  • INS classes would be a plus, but not required for the position

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and maintaining advanced license types such as TPA, RPG, MGA, etc.
  • Requires previous licensing experience with agent and adjuster licensing.
  • The position is fast-paced requiring strong time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize workload as needed.
  • The individual must be well-organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to actively find solutions.
