- Highly Competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 (dependant on experience)

How you'll make an impact
- Overseeing the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Develops financial models for P&L and mapping into consolidation tools
- Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
- Gathers, analyses, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial budget, quarterly forecasts and strategic plan for Europe Fleet P&L
- Records and analysis key KPI's
- Coordinates and reviews headcount reporting and analysis while working with HR business partners to ensure accurate and complete source data in the system
- Owner of the technical analysis process to determine and evaluate present and future financial performance on P&L.
- Oversees the periodic meetings with financials controllers of the various business units
- Understand and document the financial performance for the month end being able to challenge the financial controllers for accuracy of the figures and explain variances to forecast
- Coordinates and prepares consolidated monthly pack for Corporate and Business review
- Provide clear and concise commentary on functional P&L and cost bridges. Work closely with the Accounting department, HR and Finance Systems to create complete view of the business performance.
- Owns the monthly department expense packs review process and ensures accurate and timely distribution to budget holders
- Coordinates and reviews KPI reporting
- Managing analysis for risks and opportunities
- Owns the financial reporting and output of the (Microsoft Access & Alteryx) databases including margin databases
- Participates in automation and simplification of process and systems
- Ownership of Europe Fleet HFM mapping and consolidation into Corporate
- Owns the technical financial reporting process to Corporate Finance and liaise with Corporate team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Owner of Anaplan planning tool
- Motivate and develop members of team
- Actively support Director of FP&A and budget holders
- Direct and Prioritise team activities in line with business priorities
Experience you'll bring
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) and post qualification experience
- Experience of working in financial modelling and understanding of cost planning, ideally in a FP&A Manager role
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent written and fluent verbal skills
- Experience in pan European business and corporate reporting
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines and turning information around quickly
- Strong organisation skills and self-review discipline
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to make quick and tough decisions
