We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the internal CRM system to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.
- Act as a trusted team member offering guidance to other revenue analysts and support to the management team.
- Maintain relationships with internal customers, connecting with business executives and partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries.
- Work as a self-directed problem solver, focusing on execution, accountability, and ownership.
- Identify trends in processes and propose efficiencies through improved workflows between internal departments.
- Handle credit and cancellation requests, and prepare journal entries for monthly close.
- Support SOX control compliance and testing on behalf of the team.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as directed by the management team.
- Act as a buddy for new associates on the team, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- University degree.
- Proven attention to detail and a track record of PC skills, especially in Excel.
- Problem-solving and investigative orientation with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiar with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.
- Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
