We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will manage the volume-driven workload of the invoicing process for a portfolio of clients and respond to client inquiries both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve any issues associated with invoice creation, distribution, and reporting of the process.
• Support the development of team members through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing. Coordinate various learning sessions.
• Identify, lead, and follow-through with projects and initiatives relating to invoicing process documentation, transition, and re-engineering.
• Support senior management and business owners by sharing working knowledge of systems and subject matter expertise.
• Operate as a self-directed problem-solver with a focus on execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Maintain, develop, and implement internal controls and procedures for compliance with SOX, regulations from the SEC, and client contracts, maintaining procedure documentation.
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close outlining the amount of revenue to be accrued and calculating the percentage of completion revenue to be released for professional services.
• Manage designated associates within the team effectively.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for the products within your remit.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• University degree with a preference for Accounting.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Demonstrated team leading capabilities.
• Excellent PC skills, especially proficiency in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities.
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with delivering audit requirements and understanding the revenue recognition process.
• Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
