Position Summary

Senior Managers of the division have a responsibility for effectively managing multiple projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly below the leadership team. The role will involve taking the lead on projects which require a high level of advisory input. Senior managers also have a responsibility for business development, stakeholder management and staff development.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
  • Completed CA or equivalent

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

  • 8+ years' experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles
  • 4 - 5 years managing a team
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Business development experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
  • Ability to deal with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professionals
