Tax Manager - Real Estate

Working with a well known Real Estate group to recruit a Tax Manager to join their team. This role reports into the head of tax and will be responsible for all aspects of corporate tax compliance, advisory, planning and forecasting etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Overseeing the tax compliance, reporting and provisioning process
• Tax forecasting and planning
• Submission of CIS returns
• Liaising with HMRC and managing relationships with external advisers
• Managing system improvement related projects

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA
• UK and IFRS Tax accounting knowledge
• REIT compliance experience (desirable)
