Broker Support role with Industry Award winning Finance and Mortgage Broking Group Your new company
Our client provides simple yet complex solutions for Homeloans, Business & Commercial Finance, Self-managed Super funds and Asset Financing. This highly respected company are looking for a Broker Assistant to join their extremely supportive team.
They offer a relaxed working environment, a great work-life balance. They are conveniently located in the Perth Metro area and are a short walk from the train station.
Your new role
As a Broker Assistant, you would assist the team in the following aspects:• Review & Maintain existing client base and setting up new client files in the database.• Promote and seek new client lending opportunities.• Preparation & submission of finance applications to lenders.• Processing of those loan applications through to settlement.• Liaising with clients, lenders and referral sources to help ensure smooth and timely loan processing.• Client interviews and sign-Ups as required.• Support Directors in all business operations as required.• Act as a contact point of the business with all associated networks.• Keep clients Informed of progress of application/s.• Ask for referrals from existing clients and current referrers.• Complete all allocated processes and compliance requirements noted within systems.• Back up support to receptionist/ admin for answering Incoming calls and transferring to relevant parties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role as a Broker Support Officer, you would have to have some banking, lending or financial services experience to understand the terminologies and functions along with the following:A great attitude and strong work ethic Excellent organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites Friendly and co-operative personality What you'll get in return $70,000 - $80,000 + Super Career development on offer Client can offer part-time hours - 30 hours per week.
