Job role: Finance & Operations Manager
Salary: £40K - £42K pa + bonus & benefits
Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Officed based
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a sizable team of direct and in-direct reports
- Conduct 1to1's, appraisals and ensure target setting for the team
- Cashbook reconciliations
- Production of financial reports, cashbook maintenance and bank
- Authorising payments and invoices
- Oversee the credit control function, ensuring accurate and timely collection of aged debt
- Onboarding new clients and relevant administration
- Continuously look for process improvements and efficiencies
Skills and experience required
- Demonstratable exposure of managing teams, both direct and indirect reports
- Financial accounting, bookkeeping and general cashbook maintenance experience
- Strong system skills inclusive of Excel
- Strong attention to detail, motivated to deliver high class client experience
