Manager - Credit Card Usage (Usage & Rewards)
Principal responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieve business targets of card spending, customer engagement and awareness through credit cards related features, value propositions, promotions and projects
- Plan, organize and implement joint promotions with merchant partners, and targeted customers spending programs via card usage & rewards projects, with analysis of marketing situation, customer behavior and spending pattern
- Develop, grown and maintain partnership with merchant partners to drive sustainable spending growth in a cost-effective manner on a day-to-day basis
- Innovative and commercialize new usage propositions and initiative to drive up adoption and usage with external retail partners
- Be an active team member, proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experience
- Manage program budget planning, payment and reconciliation
- Monitor program performance, report and evaluate program result
- University degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferable in credit card industry
- Strong aptitude for innovation, ready for challenges and enjoy working in dynamic environment
- High degree of personal drive and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management
- Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
- Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
