Join our Financial Management Group as a Senior Manager in the Group Treasury, Transactions & Structure Division in Singapore. You will provide project management leadership and support to senior directors, business group CFOs and support functions on a global project seeking to dissolve entities that are no longer required.

As the global Project Manager for the Legal Entity Rationalisation project, you will be involved in managing a team of approximately 18 project resources across global locations as well as a team of Liquidation Subject Matter Experts across multiple regions, to ensure entities are rationalised in accordance with internal standards as well as liaise with liquidation service providers across all regions.
You will provide support and advice to business aligned Legal Entity Controllers with pre-liquidation corporate actions, including support with considerations around tax, funding and accounting policy treatment.
What you offer

• An Accountancy, Finance or Commerce degree as well as accounting qualifications (CA, CPA or equivalent)
• 15+ years of experience within a financial institution across project management and/or business finance corporate functions
• Strong experience with corporate liquidations across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven people leadership skills with the ability to develop and support a high performing team
• Strong analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge in a hands-on finance role with an understanding of financial markets
• Ability to manage, influence and work with various stakeholders across levels and countries.
