As a pricing supervisor or associate manager , in the Commercial Lines Pricing organization, you'll partner with leadership and make recommendations that directly impact rates in our industry-leading Commercial Auto business. In this role, you'll coordinate implementations to state product design, rate level indication analysis, and our rate revision process. Additionally, you'll develop the analysts on your team and influencing others across the organization.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics).
  • Minimum of 3 years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).

Preferred skills
  • Proven data analysis job experience
  • Pricing and/or product experience
  • Prior leadership and mentorship experience with capability to develop people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills
  • Critical thinking capabilities, e xcellent business acumen and ability to see big picture, plus and strong analytical and technical skills

Compensation
  • $70,100 - $113,200/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
