Overview of Position

This individual will support multiple Accounting and Finance teams to automate business processes such as journal entries, reconciliations, internal and external financial reporting. The position will leverage extensive experience developing workflow to automate business processes using Alteryx to support the Accounting Alteryx users to design, build, and troubleshoot new and existing Alteryx workflows.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Work in a team of Alteryx support specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex Alteryx Designer workflows, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and develop solutions that optimize their Alteryx experience.
  • Work with partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/ updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and training and fixing operational issues.
  • Should be capable of implementing solutions to business problems using knowledge based on experience.
  • Integrate Alteryx workflows with Power Platform applications
  • Quick turnaround to day to day and high priority ad hoc tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the Alteryx support function
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Alteryx platform, including Designer, Server, and ancillary tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Alteryx releases and best practices, actively participating in the Alteryx user community.
  • Uses specific knowledge of a discipline to achieve goals through own work.
  • Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes, and clients.
  • Able to think out of the box.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information System or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Alteryx Designer and Server.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex Alteryx workflows and server issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in managing large scale production critical change management processes and tools.
  • 10% Travel

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • Experience with analytics and automation tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, as well as Oracle Cloud ERP, IBM EPA, Blackline preferred

Pay Range:
$71,300.00 - $119,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
