Functie
  • Handle inquiries and complaints about incoming/unmatched payments.
  • Monitor A/R ageing and maintain overdue % and Days Sales Outstanding per credit insurance policy.
  • Assign receivables to third-party collection agencies when necessary.
  • Track inquiries and complaints about outstanding invoices and coordinate with Operations and Sales for solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior.
  • Propose and process insured credit limits and act on order blocks.
  • Reconcile A/R sub-ledgers to general ledgers.
  • Prepare credit control reports and assist in various projects.
  • Process deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Match incoming payments and research short/unmatched payments, including chargebacks/deductions.


Profiel
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Adhere to local collection regulations, audit guidelines, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Sharp Mind & Communication: Possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with an associate's degree or equivalent.
  • Global & Trustworthy: Fluent in Dutch and in English for our international team. Build trust and rapport with customers across diverse backgrounds.
  • Security Champion: Proactively identify fraud and manage chargebacks. Ensure customer setups comply with internal and legal requirements.
