Associate- Business Manager

Some of the key responsibilities include.

• Act as a right hand to the Head of Finance in planning of branch's operational matters such as budgeting, cost management, and business analysis.
• Working closely with different team leaders in the management in the execution of tasks pertaining to operation and administration.
• Drive the implementation and amendments of SOPs and to have clear communication of procedures rolled out by the Head Office
• Assist the Head Office in process improvement initiatives and projects pertaining to HR, Operations and business contingencies

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Business management/ support preferably in the banking industry
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or administration.
• Detailed oriented and have keen eye identifying gaps and provide solutions from a business analysis perspective
• Confident, with strong communication skills to liaise with multiple levels of senior management
• Mandarin speaking skills to liaise with stakeholders based in China
