About the Role
As Corporate Controller you will be responsible for all accounting and budgetary operations of the Company, including budget development and forecasting, monthly financials with variance reporting, investor reporting including capital tables and waterfall tables, audit support, tax statements and compliance reporting. This position reports to the CEO and works with the company's internal auditor and financial manager, and with outside accounting firms.
Compensation
The company offers a base salary of $180,000 to $250,000 with a 30% target bonus, full benefits and a collegial work environment. Participation in an equity plan after one year is possible.
Location
This position is headquartered at the company's offices in Westchester County, New York.

Desirable Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Master's degree preferred.
- CPA.
- Five years' experience in a public accounting firm.
- Five years' experience in a growth- and investor-financed firm.
