Project Manager - Business Analyst - Foreign Corporate Bank

• Focus in the ISO 20022 and core banking system projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
• Develop business cases and project plans for proposed initiatives
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder
• 3+ years of experience in business analyst or project management roles
• Experience in ISO 20022 project would be a plus
• Fluent English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
