Responsibilities:

Extensive background in overseeing comprehensive accounting duties, with a solid understanding of the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to the preparation of financial statements
Demonstrated ability to enhance accounting systems to fulfill both internal and external financial reporting needs
Proficient in conducting detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, to aid in business decision-making
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and accounting practices, with the capability to identify and rectify discrepancies through a comprehensive understanding of data entry processes.
Experience with basic SQL for data retrieval to assist in investigations and perform ad-hoc analyses related to accounting functions and financial systems integration
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, with the ability to evaluate potential tax implications arising from data entry methods and activity classifications

Requirement:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a CPA certification being essential
5-7 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting
Strong database expertise and familiarity with finance operations, including working with Business Analysts, IT Development, and Legal teams
A hands-on, logical mindset with a readiness to understand the evolving cryptocurrency landscape and its application in accounting practices
Knowledge or experience in SQL is a plus
Experience in group-level tax planning is advantageous
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
