Overview:
The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) provides high quality administrative support to a team or service line or region, as part of the Client Services (CS) Team to ensure effective service is provided to Clients. Responsibilities include coordinating requirements and liaising with relevant government and regulatory bodies for various client queries and lodgements. Responsible for database management, task management, invoicing, report preparation and general administrative support for the team, the CSC may also provide support to Adviser Services individuals and Advisor Support individuals

What will your typical week look like?
- Client Queries: Field inquiries and direct to appropriate team members or respond directly.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls when team members are unavailable.
- Billing and WIP: Assist with billing processes, follow policies, and manage WIP.
- Client Correspondence: Prepare letters, clearances, and termination information.
- Client Liaison: Assist with administrative tasks as instructed by KRMs.
- Internal/External Liaison: Liaise with parties on behalf of clients.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Reception Duties: Provide relief reception coverage as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist with in-house event coordination and setup/teardown.
- General Administrative Support: Provide support to team members, including mailouts, document preparation, and report generation.
- Local Requirements: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, archiving, couriers, faxes, and correspondence.
- Facilities Management: Assist with visitor registers, security, meeting room management, and office maintenance.
- Office Supplies: Manage stationery, kitchen goods, and other office requirements.

- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a client services role or similar environment
- Effective communication with stakeholders, clients and the Client Services Manager and wider team
- Capability to mentor and train junior team members
