We have an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our leadership team as we enter the next phase of the success and growth of Interpath.

Reporting to our CFO/COO you will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of our global real estate portfolio and enabling infrastructure. This is a highly visible role which is key to our continued success ensuring we implement constantly evolving, scalable, effective solutions.

You will be a subject matter expert in designing real estate solutions and developing effective office services infrastructures, leveraging cutting edge technology and optimising third party solutions. You will have a proven track record of delivering cost efficiencies and process improvement programs.

You will be a strong, inspirational leader who has a track record of getting the most from a geographically diverse team with a wide range of responsibilities. You will establish and monitor best practice across our Real Estate, Office Services, Administrative Support and Procurement teams.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team and be able to quickly develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the globe.

You will flex between operating at strategic level, planning for the continued growth and diversification at Interpath, while maintaining focus on the day-to-day operations ensuring an excellent experience for your colleagues and ensuring cost effectiveness in operational processes

You will be solution-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

The role is London based with regular travel to other offices to get to know our global teams, to ensure consistent standards and to seamlessly onboard new locations and new teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  • SME who will shape our property strategy and provide accurate, timely information to support effective decision making across our international portfolio.
  • Designing real estate solutions and developing effective office services infrastructures, leveraging cutting edge technology and optimising third party solutions.
  • Constant review of market, benchmarks and new technology to embed a culture of continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.
  • Build, lead and develop an effective, motivated team who deliver exceptional results
  • Manage third party vendors to ensure optimal service- design SLAs and KPIs, monitor adherence, hold effective regular account reviews, lead vendor relationships.
  • Leading the Procurement Manager, setting targets and giving strategic direction with overall responsibility for contract management and procurement across all geographies, enuring efficient and effective management of spend.
  • Design and own the Business Continuity Planning, Testing and continuous review, working closely with IT and other operational teams globally.
  • Manage all Health & Safety, PPM and Compliance requirements efficiently and effectively, ensuring scanning regulatory environment for upcoming changes.
  • Project manage property moves, upgrades, configurations including budgeting and cost control throughout.
  • Develop, refine and track key metrics across the Real Estate and Office services to inform strategic initiatives and future investments.
  • ESG / Carbon and other related reporting - advise on commercial opportunity of what certification ie cost/benefit and competitor benchmarking.
  • Create and maintain database of responses to client, vendor and third party information requests
  • Develop and manage large teams, implementing effective structures and processes to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Able to interpret international legislation and regulatory environments across a global portfolio, seeking specialist support as needed.
  • Manage EA Team leader to drive enhanced office services delivery.
  • Managing geographically diverse teams with a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring appropriate levels of consistency.
Requirements
    • Educated to degree level minimum
    • Strong skills across Excel, PowerPoint etc and comfortable using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness
    • Qualification in real estate, facilities management or project management is highly advantageous
    • Experience of a managing a complex, international portfolio
    • Leading and performance managing teams to achieve excellence
    • Track record of ongoing improvement of operations, seamlessly implementing change and delivering cost reductions
    • Use of technology to optimise processes
    • Effective management of third-party outsourcers, with insourcing and outsourcing experience an advantage
    • Excellent Project Management skills to deliver multi-team projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Embedding Business Continuity Planning in a large, complex organisation
    • Strong budgetary control and accurate forecasting skills in a multi jurisdiction organisation
    • Experience of managing global service contracts and negotiating terms with suppliers
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in business continuity planning across international teams
