Key Responsibilities: Senior Accountant (IFRS)

• External Reporting: Managing all BAU (Business-As-Usual) reporting for client portfolio.
Consisting of the preparation of Financial Statements: Ensure that financial statements
are prepared in accordance with IFRS guidelines.
• Disclosure Compliance: Ensure that all required disclosures are made in the financial
statements as per IFRS. This involves including notes that provide additional
information to users.
• Payroll Accounting: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients.
• Project Management: Handling multiple projects simultaneously, with durations ranging
from a few months to a year.

Candidate profile:
• Must be a qualified accountant with strong IFRS knowledge. (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Personality: An extroverted individual who enjoys client interaction, including attending
client dinners and meetings.
• While Big 4 audit experience is not required, the ideal candidate should have a solid
understanding of BAU reporting. Previous experience in professional services is
advantageous, but open to candidates from various industries.
• Systems Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Location: Flexible within the Nordics.
