The role consists of 30% accounts work and 70% audit.

THE ROLE
- Prepare and submit statutory accounts (FRS 102 1A) for Limited Companies and LLPs.
- Prepare and submit corporation tax returns.
- Lead audits from the planning stages through to completion.
- Review semi-seniors' work.
- Manage client portfolios.
- Maintain direct communication with clients.
- Assist clients with accounting software and other inquiries.
- Provide training to clients on Cloud software.
- Offer on-the-job training to semi-seniors and junior staff members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Extensive experience in accountancy practice.
- Proven ability to lead audit assignments.
- Proficient in working with incomplete records or computerized trial balances.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong client service skills.
- High level of commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with CCH Accounts Production and CCH Corporation Tax software preferable .
- Experience with Xero Accountancy Software preferable .
- Knowledge of Pro-Audit Software and Virtual Cabinet preferable .
- Experience working with property clients in practice preferable .
