Job Description
HR Data Monitoring and Reporting:
- Liaise with the payroll department and social security to maintain accurate data.
- Monitor personnel costs.
- Produce regular HR reports for the group.
Performance Improvement and Management Control:
- Primarily responsible for preparing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), both financial and HR related.
- Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards.
- Propose process improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Participate in the budget-setting process, particularly regarding personnel costs.
- Coordinate and challenge HR budget assumptions provided by various departments (sales, production, investment, HR, etc.).
- Produce consolidated budget documents and finalize group deliverables.
Monthly Closing:
- Provide the accounting department with the necessary calculations (vacation pay, absences, group insurance, etc.).
Contribute to the Overall Organization of the Finance/HR Department:
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Collaborate and support other team members.
- Propose improvements.

Knowledge:
- Financial Control: Understand the rules and tools of management control.
- Payroll Accounting: Know how payroll entries work in accounting.
- General Accounting: Be familiar with the principles of general accounting.
- Financial Statements: Understand the structure of the balance sheet and income statement.
- Accounting Standards: Know the provisions of the general accounting plan.
- Company Organization: Be familiar with the company's organization.
- Company Processes: Understand the processes and procedures in place within the company.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Internal Controls: Understand the principles of internal control.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Skills:
- Analysis: Able to interpret variances, read and interpret financial statements, determine margins and analytical costs.
- Reporting: Able to build dashboards.
- Communication: Able to speak English.
- Critical Thinking: Able to analyze, synthesize, and conceptualize.
