Job Description
AS Senior Strategic Finance Expert you will play a central role in coordinating projects and having a direct impact.

The role includes:

• Lead and Coordinate: Manage and oversee projects where the Finance and Accounting, Tax & Corporate Finance departments take the lead.
• Financial and Fiscal Oversight: Track and manage the financial and tax aspects of strategic projects across various departments.
• Analyze Financial Implications: Evaluate the financial, accounting, and tax impacts of agreements and transactions, working closely with the legal department.
• Financial Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and modeling for valuations and strategic projects, such as investments and new headquarters.
• Strategic Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.
• Assist in Reporting: Support the Financial Reporting division in preparing various financial reports.

The Successful Applicant
The Senior Strategic Finance Expert shows a certain set of skills (hard and soft):

• Master's degree in business management, economics, or finance
• At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in financial audit or M&A at a Big Four firm
• CFA certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge in corporate finance, IFRS, and BeGaap
• Proficiency in Dutch
• Experience in analyzing and presenting complex financial issues.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and stress-resistant.
