Job Description

• Assistance to the Finance Manager for P&L and KPI's analysis, and financial reporting to the BE/NL Board
• Advice to the Country Manager, growing into a Business Partner position
• Assistance with the budgeting process, in direct contact with the Heads of Departments and the Country Manager
• Assistance with rolling forecasts and variance analysis
• Focus on Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing controlling
• Participation in ad-hoc M&A and IT projects

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent) strongly recommended
• A first experience in Business Controlling / Business Partnering (internship or 1st exp) is a strong asset
• Fluency in English + either French or Dutch is mandatory, a good command of the other national language is a strong asset
• Proactivity, analytical skills and communication skills are your 3 essential qualities
• You have the mindset of a Business Partner, and like to leave your mark on a Finance department and support a Board in its strategic decisions
• You are naturally curious and proactive about ad-hoc projects (M&A, improving IT tools, etc.).
