Job Description

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Support the legal team in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in the drafting of policies and procedures
• Assist in training staff on legal matters
• Liaise with external counsel as required
• Handle ad hoc legal projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel - Commercial Law should have:

• Master's degree in Law
• Experience in commercial law (>4 years)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent level of English, French or any other European language is an asset
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
