Job Description

• Oversee all legal matters within the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Manage intellectual property rights.
• Implement legal guidelines and policies to ensure compliance.
• Offer legal advice and guidance on strategic decisions.
• Manage disputes and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Stay updated with changes in law relevant to the Technology & Benefits industry.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Solo Legal Counsel should have:

• Fluent in French + Dutch + English (oral & written)
• A Master degree in Law.
• At least 10 years of experience
• Commercial Law - Contract - Compliance
• New technologies affinity
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Autonomous & Responsive
• Proactive approach to staying updated with legal changes within the industry
