Job Description
As the Manager for the legal protection team, you lead a dedicated team of 8 professionals committed to safeguarding the interests of our policyholders and ensuring the success of their claims in auto, home, and family insurance cases. This prestigious role demands exceptional leadership and team management skills, along with a profound technical expertise in liability and personal injury insurance.

• You oversee the motivation and development of your team members, meticulously organizing their training programs.
• You ensure that clients receive exceptional service within the specified deadlines.
• You analyze complex cases and offer expert technical advice as needed.
• You promote proactive work and initiatives that drive continuous process improvement.
• You consistently stay informed about the latest advancements in your field.
• You actively participate in the design of new projects and diligently monitor their progress.
• You report directly to the Director of Operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Manager should have:

• You hold a Master's degree in Law and bring as from 5 years of professional experience to the table.
• You possess profound legal expertise in insurance law and liability.
• You are fluent in both French and Dutch.
• You are a natural leader with exceptional organizational skills, renowned for your unparalleled ability to coach and inspire a team.
• You excel at presenting complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
• You are results-driven, making clear and well-considered decisions.
