Our client is a Belgian actor in the industrial sector, who grew from a family business to an international company active worldwide.Today, they operate in almost 50 countries with around 13.000 employees and a total revenue of 4 billion €.In order to support the development of their Group Finance department, we are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Controlling Expert who will work at a Group level.The role is based at their Global Headquarters located in Zaventem.

Job Description
Group Manufacturing Controlling Expert - ZaventemAs the Manufacturing Controlling Expert, you work at a Group level and are part of the Group Manufacturing Finance team.Your main tasks consist in :

• Acting as an expert for the Plant Controlling community all around the world (+/- 60)
• Providing support & solutions to the worldwide community when they face difficulties
• Acting as a local Plant Controller ad-interim (including closing tasks, forecasting, CAPEX) when needed
• Participating in the training & development of the future Plant Controllers of the group
• Being responsible for preparing the consolidated forecasts & reporting (cost performance trackers)
• Being in charge of the standardization of the Plant Controlling processes for the group
• Continuously working on the improvement of the Operational Reporting
• Participating in several projects (e.g. automization of operations reporting through Artificial Intelligence)
• Occasionally visiting the local plants.

The Successful Applicant
Group Manufacturing Controlling Expert - Zaventem

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Management / Business Administration
• Around 5-10 years of experience in controlling / financial analysis
• A first experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Plant Controlling experience is a strong asset
• Fluency English
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Good Business Partnering and communication skills
• Open to travel occasionally to visit the local plants.
