The role holder actively participates in management decisions and communication processes. In his/her role the Controlling Manager actively involves himself/herself in implementing the corporate strategies in accordance with the Financial Director Italy, highlighting the risks and challenging the management and he/she seeks for improvements in all areas including the organizational development.

As the local deputy for risk management and compliance the role holder is also responsible to ensure that all business processes follow the strategy and match the respective requirements of the business group at any time.

Key Responsabilities:
  • Co-responsible for the P&L, working capital and liquidity management of the plant and the respective reporting.
  • Preparation of the operative planning and simulations with a holistic view on all aspects of the P&L, balance sheet and liquidity.
  • Identifying improvement areas to increase efficiencies in the production and their administration and drives change processes.
  • Responsible for up to date data in all relevant systems especially for costing, pricing, inventory and asset movement.
  • Enable compliant authorizations and processes in all functions of the divisions.


Additional Responsabilities:
  • First contact for reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests.
  • Implementation of all changes in corporate standards and procedures and support in local and corporate projects.
  • Ensures transparency and consistency in data generation
  • Ensure Op preparation and analyse variances vs. actual.

Competenze ed esperienza
Professional Experience and Education:
  • University degree (Master or Bachelor)
  • More than 5 years of operative business controlling
  • Experienced in cost center planning, calculations, costing, process modelling and identifying implications of decisions on various KPIs.
  • English language (fluent in speaking and writing)
  • Expert level in SAP and MS office software


Specific skills and knowledge:
  • Is easy to approach and willing to solve problems.
  • Excellent in communication, divergence management and priority setting.
  • Capability to find win-win situations in a demanding environment and to deal with conflicting targets.
  • Can motivate teams and drives for excellence in execution in all areas and functions.
  • Develops his/her direct report(s)
