The Financial Controller, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, is responsible for managing and monitoring financial operations, analyzing costs, preparing budgets and provide different analysis ensuring compliance with financial systems and procedures.

She/he works closely with Accounting and Treasury departments to ensure financial stability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting process by company;
• Business control activities (Monthly closing, Capex & Opex control, Cash Flow, Provisions, Intercompany ,KPI monitoring);
• Prepare financial reports for the management and ensure they are submitted in due time;
• Support in developing procedures and tools to improve efficiency in measuring the business performances;
• Pro-active interaction with all company's staff to meet their needs and to facilitate the accomplishment of their own objectives Ad hoc analysis

Competenze ed esperienza

• Master's degree in Economics;
• Around 5 years of previous experience in Controlling, FP&A, business controlling or related position in an international company. Audit experience is considered a plus;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of JD Edwars is considered a plus;
• Independent and proactive attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do attitude;
• Able to work in a evolving environment
