Job Purpose
The role is responsible to execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure the hiring of the best fit candidates to fill vacancies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
- Phone screen and conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job descriptions.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms, and create and post job advertisements and announcements.
- Negotiate on salary and prepare hiring proposals, while ensuring employment offer letters are extended to successful candidates within the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies (i.e. Recruitment Policy and Procedure, BNM Employee Screening policy).
- Implement recruitment projects and initiatives as and when needed.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by an immediate superior when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates.
- Ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing.
- Possesses the ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
