Job Purpose

The role is responsible to execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure the hiring of the best fit candidates to fill vacancies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
  • Phone screen and conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job descriptions.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms, and create and post job advertisements and announcements.
  • Negotiate on salary and prepare hiring proposals, while ensuring employment offer letters are extended to successful candidates within the stipulated time frame.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies (i.e. Recruitment Policy and Procedure, BNM Employee Screening policy).
  • Implement recruitment projects and initiatives as and when needed.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by an immediate superior when required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing.
  • Possesses the ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
