Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data analysis and forecasting? Based in a modern office in Altona and on the back of a successful few years, this company is growing fast and looking to expand their Sales & Forecasting team with a Sales & Forecasting Administrator.
Your new role
In this newly created role, you'll support the Finance & Sales teams to help maximise business efficiency. You'll put to use your exceptional communication skills to update Salesforce on a day-to-day basis, liaising with the Sales team to ensure data is accurate.

Demand Forecasting: Input data into Cognos and manage 18-month demand forecasts for their product range, utilising historical sales data, market trends, and insights from the Sales Team

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse demand patterns, adjusting forecasts to reflect market conditions and business priorities

Reporting: Ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting using Cognos

Salesforce Administration: Provide assistance with Salesforce administration

Customer Support: Setup and maintain digital services for customers

Administrative Tasks: Assisting with processing sales invoices and other general administrative transactions

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a high-level of sales administration experience along with being an analytical and forecasting whiz when it comes to data.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights

Numeracy & Data Entry: Strong numeracy and data entry skills

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail

Team Player: A 'can do' attitude and problem-solving skills

Systems Skills: Strong Excel skills, with SAP/ERP and forecasting experience preferred
