About Our Client
Our client is an international organization located in Geneva.

Job Description
The Temporary Finance Project Manager (part-time) will support the Finance team in implementing new financial planning and analysis tools. It will include:
  • Work closely with the finance team, IT and external providers to further develop and customise the tools:
    • Gather requirements, review and document processes ensuring the new solutions correspond to the organisational needs and meet compliance and standards requirements
    • Design dashboards and data presentation/visualisation templates
    • Oversee data migration and ERP integration, provide recommendations on data structure, track, analyse and resolve issues effectively
    • Assess and mitigate risks effectively, escalating to the senior management if necessary
  • Oversee project plan implementation ensuring the project implementation follows the agreed scope, timelines and budget
  • Develop and manage detailed roll-out planandtimelines to ensure successful implementation
    • Develop user documentation and training materials
    • Conduct training and facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools by end users
  • Oversee approval for changes to rules, processes and policies in coordination with the finance department
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the department lead


The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Finance Project Manager (part-time) will bring the following background and experience:
  • Degree in accounting with at least 8 years of experience in accounting/ finance related field
  • Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes with strong knowledge of IT solutions/digital tools
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage change, influence without authority and overcome resistance
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience with Tagetik would be a plus
  • Fluent English, French an asset

This mandate is a consulting one and requires the candidate to work 2 or 3 days per week (not a full-time position).
