Broadridge is on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Planning & Analytics team in Cluj-Napoca. This role requires you to leverage your strong analytical skills to provide key insights into business drivers and performance trajectory. You will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and driving analytical projects that impact the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement forward-looking financial models and key analytics to support enhanced financial performance.
- Identify and execute improvement opportunities within the Finance organization, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Manage the timely and accurate consolidation of complex operating budgets and forecasts across various departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and HR.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, often working with other Finance teams such as Corporate Accounting, Business Unit FP&A, Sales, and Investor Relations.
- Foster Broadridge's culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills

- Exceptional analytical skills with deep expertise in P&L management.
- Solid understanding of financial data flow and tools.
- Proficient in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a preference for experience in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communicator, capable of breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable messages.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Proactive mindset and relentless drive to succeed.
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Critical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

- Relevant applicable experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and high proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle or TM1 is preferred.
