Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone like that to strengthen our established and experienced Central Europe High Net Worth Desk in Zurich.
You'll:
• process and monitor orders (stock exchange, subscriptions, payments) as well as daily cash management
• be responsible for all administrative concerns such as account openings, maintenance and account closings
• deal with client requests in direct client contact
• assist in preparing investment proposals and providing Investment Advisors with product and market related information
• prepare client meetings and business trips
• attend client meetings together with the Investment Advisor and Relationship Manager

Your team
You'll be working in one of our Central European eVolution teams in Zürich and will provide efficient support to our Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors, while being a part of the Client Service Team HNWI Central Europe. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
• a strong passion for the Central European market
• an interest and basic knowledge in financial markets and corresponding products
• a proper risk behavior with an understanding of the challenging regulatory environment
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
• fluency in English (oral and written), German and Polish is a plus
Perhaps you've organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you've achieved match the skills we're after.
